These terms cover website access, accounts, carts, wishlists, comparisons, reviews, online support, orders, payments, delivery and after-sales service.

Closing an account does not remove rights relating to orders, warranty, complaints or records TECHBUY must retain by law.

• Provide accurate, current information and do not impersonate another person;
• Keep passwords, OTPs and signed-in devices secure and report suspected unauthorized access;
• TECHBUY may temporarily restrict a feature or account to prevent fraud, protect users, comply with law or investigate misuse;
• Minors may transact only as permitted by rules on representation and legal capacity.

Product pages disclose descriptions, specifications, availability, origin, pricing, warranty and applicable limitations. Images may vary slightly by display but must not misrepresent essential characteristics.

Promotions may be limited by time, stock or area. An obvious display error is not automatically binding; TECHBUY must explain the correction and allow the customer to continue on accurate terms or cancel for a full refund.

Before placing an order, customers can review items, quantity, price, delivery fee, payment method, address and linked policies. An order number confirms receipt of the request.

A sales contract is formed when TECHBUY confirms acceptance or begins delivery, whichever occurs first. Payment capture or inventory reservation alone is not acceptance where fraud, an obvious pricing error or actual unavailability is identified. Any amount collected for a rejected order is refunded.

Customers may track an order and request a copy of the transaction through their account or support.

• TECHBUY supplies goods as described, issues required documents, protects data, handles complaints and performs warranty and recall duties;
• Customers review information, pay as selected, coordinate delivery, use products safely and provide reasonable evidence for a claim;
• No party may use the website for fraud, system interference, malware, unlawful scraping or infringement.

Customers are responsible for reviews, support messages and uploads. TECHBUY may moderate illegal, abusive, irrelevant, spam, privacy-invasive or inauthentic content.

Moderation must not conceal genuine feedback. Content is used only to operate the feature, provide support and display material the customer chose to make public.

TECHBUY does not exclude mandatory legal liability. Each party is responsible for direct loss caused by its fault or breach.

For disasters, widespread outages, government action or other objectively unavoidable events, TECHBUY will give notice, mitigate harm and offer a reasonable continuation, substitute or cancellation/refund option.

Vietnamese law applies. Disputes are first addressed by negotiation or mediation, then by agreed arbitration or a competent court.

Updates apply prospectively and cannot reduce accrued rights. This draft has no effect until approved and formally published.
