1. Ordering channels and eligibility

Customers can order on the website with or without an account. The item must be available and eligible for sale when the system validates the cart.

Recipient name, phone and a valid address are required. Email is used when the customer requests electronic updates or an invoice.

2. Online order steps

  • Choose the correct product, configuration and quantity;
  • Review price, promotion, shipping, recipient and invoice details;
  • Select an available payment method;
  • Read the linked terms, confirm acceptance and submit;
  • Keep the order code and follow confirmation updates.

3. Receipt, acceptance and contract formation

“Order placed” means the system received the request. TECHBUY checks inventory, price, address, payment and risk before accepting it.

The order is accepted when TECHBUY sends acceptance or starts delivery. A rejected order is explained where appropriate and any collected amount is refunded.

Target confirmation time: [TO CONFIRM: business-hour SLA].

4. Changes and cancellation

A customer may request changes or cancellation before handoff to the carrier, subject to stock, price and processing status.

If delivery is delayed beyond the stated estimate, TECHBUY provides a new estimate and a choice to continue or cancel. Delivered goods follow the returns policy and mandatory consumer rights.

05

5. Electronic invoices

Invoice details must be checked at checkout. A tax-data provider may assist verification, but the customer confirms the final legal details.

Invoice adjustment or replacement follows the tax and electronic-document rules in effect at the time.

06

6. Records and copies

TECHBUY retains order details, accepted terms, payment, delivery and invoice records for transaction and legal needs. Customers can retrieve or request a copy through their account or support.

Mandatory remote-transaction rights remain available if required information was inaccurate or incomplete.
