Payment policy

• Cash on delivery (COD);
• Bank transfer using details confirmed in the order flow;
• OnePay direct payment through an enabled card, banking, QR or wallet channel;
• OnePay credit-card installments where the order and issuing bank qualify.

The payable total includes goods, displayed shipping and any other disclosed charge. No new charge may be added after acceptance without a valid basis.

Current configuration charges VND 50,000 shipping below VND 5,000,000 and provides free shipping from VND 5,000,000.

Customers complete the transaction in OnePay. TECHBUY does not collect or store full card numbers, security codes or online-banking credentials.

Payment is marked paid only after a verified OnePay response. Inventory is currently reserved for 45 minutes while processing; failed or expired attempts release the reservation.

OnePay installments currently require an order total of at least VND 3,000,000 and remain subject to bank, card, term and merchant eligibility.

OnePay or the bank discloses interest, fees and total debit before confirmation. TECHBUY records the original goods value shown in the order.

If funds were debited but the order is not marked paid, provide the order code, time, amount and reference—never send an OTP, password, CVV or full card image.

TECHBUY reconciles with OnePay/the bank and refunds duplicated or incorrect captures based on verified results.

Refunds use the original payment method unless the customer agrees otherwise or a lawful processor constraint applies. TECHBUY confirms when the refund instruction is issued.

• Never disclose OTPs, passwords or card security codes;
• Pay only on the valid TECHBUY domain and genuine OnePay pages;
• Report any request to transfer to an unfamiliar account;
• TECHBUY may pause a suspicious order for verification but may not retain funds unlawfully.
