1. Coverage and methods
TECHBUY ships nationwide to valid serviceable addresses. Bulky, high-value, battery-powered or special-area deliveries may require a disclosed arrangement.
Delivery may be performed by TECHBUY or an appointed carrier; TECHBUY remains the customer support contact for its delivery duties.
2. Processing and estimated delivery
Estimated delivery: [CẦN XÁC NHẬN: thời gian giao dự kiến theo khu vực]. Each order must show or receive an estimate after address and stock confirmation.
The estimate excludes customer verification delays, requested changes, incomplete payment, holidays and notified events beyond reasonable control.
3. Shipping fee
Current checkout configuration provides free shipping from VND 5,000,000 and charges VND 50,000 below that threshold. The final fee appears before order submission.
An exceptional surcharge may be collected only after advance disclosure and customer agreement.
4. Handoff and risk
The recipient should verify the order code and recipient details. Reasonable identity confirmation may apply to high-value orders.
Risk transfers on successful handoff to the customer or their nominee, without limiting liability for pre-existing damage or non-conforming goods.
5. Inspection scope
- Check the outer package, seals, model/SKU, color, quantity and listed accessories;
- Record damaged, wet, torn, wrong or incomplete parcels immediately;
- Opening, activation, installation or boot testing depends on the disclosed product and delivery method;
- Never provide an OTP or account credentials to the courier.
6. Delay, loss and failed delivery
TECHBUY gives a reason and revised estimate for a delay and allows cancellation where the new timing is unsuitable. TECHBUY handles loss or damage before delivery with the carrier.
For failed delivery caused by an unreachable recipient, inaccurate address or unsupported refusal, the parties agree redelivery, pickup or cancellation; a redelivery fee applies only if disclosed and lawful.
7. Wrong, incomplete or damaged delivery
Report the issue as soon as reasonably possible with the order code and appropriate evidence. TECHBUY verifies and arranges completion, replacement, return or refund as applicable.
No delivery-time report automatically removes a substantiated statutory claim.
